NB! For furniture, lamps, and other items available only by order, free delivery is only available to our "Otilie Home" showroom at Tērbatas Street 5, Riga. Please arrange delivery options to your home separately by calling +371 29372934

  • Courier (10.00 EUR)
  • Pickup at "Otilie Home" store at Tērbatas Street 5, Riga center (free)

OMNIVA

Delivery to the nearest Omniva parcel locker of your choice. We will prepare your order for shipping within 1-3 business days. Due to high load on Omniva parcel lockers, please note that delivery may take longer than usual. You can choose Omniva parcel locker in the payment step when making a purchase.

Courier

Courier delivery to your doorstep. We will prepare your order for shipping within 1-3 business days. The exact delivery time is not known in advance. You can choose the Courier delivery option at the time of payment when making a purchase.

Pickup at "Otilie Home" store

We will prepare your order for pickup within 1-3 business days. You can pick up your order free of charge at our "Otilie Home" store, located at Tērbatas Street 5, Riga. Please wait for an email from us confirming that your shipment is ready for pickup.

Call and pick up your order

You can also place an order by calling +371 29372934 on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and pick up the item within an hour at our "Otilie Home" store. Choose the items you want to order, call the specified phone number, and provide the item code (if available), name, quantity, and your contact information. We will inform you about item availability, payment, and delivery procedures.

Returns

If you wish to return an ordered item, you can do so within 14 days from the date of order delivery. The ordered item can be returned if it is not damaged and has not been used. You can return items to our store "Otilie Home", Tērbatas Street 5, Riga center, or by sending them via a parcel locker.
